What we Create...
This is where we show up to our practice. We meet weekly at 6 am because it is a time of limited distractions on the West Coast. We practice for 90 minutes and this year we are following the OSHO Book of Secrets Meditations along with the the 3 gateway movements of Movement Medicine and also Mantras to promote creativity and well being. Led by Kirti Srivastava, you will have the opportunity to practice from the privacy of your home led live by your teacher. We ask that you remain muted with cameras off during practice. This is not a time to ask questions, please use voxer for this! Recordings are available for Free to view in your Members Video Library. It is ok to join and practice as much as you can and then lay down and use your imagination and listen to mantras and practice breathing. It all helps to redesign how we spend time with our bodies.
