Hip Hop Kundalini

Hip Hop Kundalini is a place where people gather to learn about the elements of Hip Hop alongside its history and philosophy.  We also learn about its roots to inspire and nourish our own creative force: our Kundalini.  Every session is different and sometimes we also feature guest Hip Hop artists to help deepen our experience.

We will be spending the day together at a private residence in the mountains of Ramona! Once your ticket is purchased, we will send you an email with the address and specific parking directions the day before the event. Please be on the lookout for it!

We will have light refreshments, tea and snacks.  Please bring your own food (or food to share) to properly nourish yourself; we will have a break to socialize and eat. Please bring layers for warmth as well as items for comfort (yoga mats and blankets). Bring a journal, any items for the altar and an open mind.

This is a creative and ritualistic space. We ask that children and pets stay at home unless discussed with the owners of the property.  We will have a fire as well as vulnerable movements and shares. Help us create a connected and supportive space by honoring these requests.
