About The Event
Explore the relationship with ourSelves through Creative Expression. Understand the elements of Creation alongside the elements of Hip Hop to explore sensations of Kundalini Awakening. We use poetry, freestyle, movement, yoga and energy work as access points.
In this session, we dive deeper into the subject of S.E.X (Sensual Emotional eXchange) and FEEL into it. This means engaging with the divine feminine and masculine within all of us, the shiva shakti energies and the Yin and Yong. We will practice Breath Work and Energy Healing techniques to not only expand our practice but deepen it as well.
You will receive a workbook; please bring your own journal for extra writing space. Please dress comfortably and plan time for parking. Thank you! We look forward to creating with you!
