About The Event
Feel free to bring items for comfort. The space is open to move or be still. You are welcome to come as you are and receive whatever healing is available to you. Please do not feel pressured to participate in any way; we do lead group activities as well. Water, blankets and bolsters are available in the studio. We look forward to seeing you and we have also noticed that what needs to be healed begins as soon as your ticket is bought!
