MovementMedicine™ : Dance in Nature

We would love for you to come and join us in the trees. This advanced movement practice was inspired byt the dance collaborations that I have had over a lifetime of public performance and training.  We integrate various moves from around the world that invoke similar nature patterns and signatures within the body, Moving through the elements we awaken subconscius programming that would like to be embodied and transmitted. We have spent years learning how to allow and expand our capacity for each other's transmissions as well. All forms of personal healing and self sourcing are welcomed to be witnessed.  

We ask that you bring your own water and mat as well as anything that you would like charged in the altar space.  After attending 3 sessions or purchasing a class card, you will be added to a weekly communication tool (in the app) as well as a weekly text of updates to location or practice.

Please dress comfortably and bring an open mind to UNWIND the performer within.
