Join us online as we prep for the Full Moon. We will practice Mantra, Mudra, Meditation and Movement. While the session is recorded, we stop recording at the end to do LIVE OsheZen Tarot Card Readings for those who are able to join LIVE.

About The Event
he Moon is the ultimate calendar of Nature and its cycles.
We will be practicing moving energy through our bodies and its phases in order to facilitate healing and an awakening of our senses.
Expect to practice and learn Tantric Sanskrit Mantras, MovementMedicine to unlock and open the Way as well as Sound Vibration and Reflection practices to Wake Up and remember who you ARE.
You will be practicing from the comfort of your home while being held and guided in community. You have complete freedom to have your cameras on or off and you can choose to participate with the mic or chat if you choose.
The first Part of the Ritual is truly a transmission and Guided Practice. We then gather again on the following Wednesday to integrate and discuss how the work has activated and manifested. This gathering is titled SatSang: TruthTalks and is only open to those who participate in the Witchual the week before.
The beauty of home based practices is the ability to charge our living spaces with even more power when multiplied from connecting with others in these tribal tech practices!
We will actively be doing Sacred Space building by integrating the 5 elements in your living space. We will be clearing what is stagnant and lingering and focus energies towards building what is recharging and helping you to remember your potential and gifts on this planet!
Finally, you will be asked to follow through and show up to your practice on your own for the next 7 days or so. This is where the MEDICINE Lives.
I have found that while the live Rituals are extremely powerful, there is also power in practicing in the safety of your home where you can choose to be on or off camera and allow for the possibility of complete freedom from performative habits.
Learning to Ritualize the moment by leaning into our own phases, feelings and emotions is a huge part of Movement Medicine and when we can do this for ourselves and then share with the community-- POWERFUL SHIFTS OCCUR.
The time is NOW. The moment is FULL.

Learning that the ultimate time keeper is Nature and its phases allows us insight into the Sacred code of the Universe.
We will meet the day before Full Moon and the Wednesday of the following week.
