We will practice the Tantra Mantra as well as we the Mantras for the Full Moon and our Seed Sounds. We will explore practices to help focus our pineal gland and breath in order to access parts of ourselves to gain insight into our subconscious programming as well as creative practices that can be used to unlock any patterns of behaviour that are not optimal for our well being or desired lifestyle. We work with elements of nature as well as osho zen tarot card for guidance. This event is mainly attended by DilSe Members who are committed to this work for a minimum of one year. Joining as a guest will allow you insight into the work that we do and practice in one on one sessions as well as other group events.
