Wellness is an approach in health that assesses the whole being on all levels:

 

  • physically ( how do we feel in our body),

  • emotionally ( what feelings do we have about ourselves), and

  • socially ( how do we present who we are in the company of others)

Wellness is not an 'end game' but rather an ever evolving process that allows us the deepest insight into ourselves. With this insight we can create a life that reflects who we truly are.
