In this 90 minute session, we explore strength training alongside dance technique and choreography. 

  • TRX provides for a  rigorous body-weight challenge at each client's individual level.

  • Light and heavier free-weights encourage strength building and strengthens neurological pathways as well.

  • Each class is committed to learning a new choreography.

  • Playlists are inspired by music from around the world.
